Do you provide International delivery?

At this time we are not offering International delivery, But we hope to offer this in the very near future.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

Diver Girl International offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable    Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your package ships from us. Accessories and sale items however, are final sale. We cannot accept any worn, washed or altered items. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy for more information.

 

 

Incorrect/Faulty Item

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what can I do about this?
We want to sort out any issues with your order straightaway. If an item you receive is damaged, please contact our customer service team via live chat with the order number, the faulty item’s name and sku, and a quick description of the damage. We will get back to you within 4 business hours and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

 

 

An item is missing from my order, what can I do about this?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team with the order number, and the missing item’s name and number. We will get back to you within 4 business hours and resolve it for you as quickly as we can.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

Our deliver is normally sent via UPS standard delivery.  If you need your order sooner please contact us for rush deliveries.  Normal Shipping Rates for next day and second day apply.

 

 

Can I change my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’re unable to change it in any way – this includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, combining orders, changing the address or payment method.

 

 

Can I Cancel my Order?

Generally once an order is made we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. We will however make every effort to do so prior to shipping. Once you receive your item, an if you would still like to return the item, we have a very easy return process. Get the full details under the category.
